Bigotry Court

The aim of Bigotry Court is to trace bigotry that is allowed to surface through democracy. Bigotry is an obvious and inherent mannerism of dictatorships, hence dictatorships are not necessary to mention in this transcript.

The following countries present in this courtroom are charged with exploiting democracy to gain power by spreading bigotry amongst their own people. The countries have also let this bigotry affect the visitors of their own country.

Sweden
Norway
Iceland
The Netherlands

Additionally, these countries do not have a system to trace and stop moralizing and religion-based bigotry before it is too late. Hence, the in Bigotry Court will also include and shed light on this weakness.

#1. Sex ban and the violation of 12 human rights.
Sweden, Norway and Iceland

All sex involves a direct or indirect transaction or trade based on cash. Here are a few aspects that can easily be traced back to a cash-based fundament: Holidays, presents, drinks, dinners, safety, housing and “imported” wives. One might just as well give the money to the sex partner directly.
The so-called Sex Purchase Law in these countries becomes a general sex ban for every citizen living there. Many people living in these countries do not understand this, and believe this has only to do with sex workers and their clients. If people dare take a closer look, they will indeed see that the law is about them. The narrow-minded feminists behind this law have used their own bigoted, private moralism to exploit democracy and to gain power via democracy.

The moralists behind the law have been playing on the citizen´s consciousness, proclaiming that the "Swedish Model" will end demand and curb human trafficking. But they are punishing completely innocent people, because they don't like the fact that it is possible to buy sex.

Elimination method used in court:

Equation
1 sex worker has nothing to do with human trafficking = 0 of the people has anything to do with human trafficking
1 postman has nothing to do with human trafficking = 0 of the people has anything to do with human trafficking
1 sex worker client has nothing to do with human trafficking = 0 of the people has anything to do with human trafficking
1 teacher in high school has nothing to do with human trafficking = 0 of the people has anything to do with human trafficking.

All 4 people have chosen their occupation voluntarily, hence no force is involved.

Equation
4 people have nothing to do with human trafficking = The sex worker and the sex worker's client have nothing more or less to do with human trafficking than the postman and the teacher = 0 people in total have anything to do with human trafficking = 0 of the 4 people are criminal in connection with human trafficking = 0 of the 4 people can be punished for having anything at all to do with human trafficking.

Conclusion

If someone claims that any of these 4 people have anything to do with human trafficking, it must be a lie. This lie can most certainly be traced back to moral based bigotry.

Equation
All sex is directly or indirectly a transaction or trade = 4 of 4 people are not allowed to have consensual sex in Sweden, Norway and Iceland because of the Sex Purchase Law = All sex is forbidden for all people in these countries = breach of 12 human rights.

Sentencing
The people behind the Sex Purchase Law each risk between EUR 200000 and 1000000 in fines and / or between 15 and 75 years in jail for inflicting a horrible mental genocide

2. Bigoted age limit for adults and violation of 5 human rights.

The Netherlands

Elimination method used in court:
18 years is the adult age in The Netherlands, meaning, among others, that people can chose their own occupation based on their own free will. Raising the age limit to 21 years (Amsterdam) in a health-related occupation, is the basis for the following equation.

Either there must be scientific proof that sex workers aged 18, 19 or 20 are less intelligent or grown up than others the same age, or this most certainly can be traced back to moral based bigotry.

The conclusion is that since there is no scientific proof that sex workers aged 18, 19 or 20 are less intelligent or grown up than other adults the same age, this can certainly be traced to moral based bigotry.

Sentencing
The people behind the discriminating age limit risk each between EUR 200000 and 1000000 in fines and/or between 15 and 75 years in jail for providing moral based bigotry resulting in discrimination and loss of life quality for adult sex workers aged 18, 19 or 20.

3. Non-existing political system to reveal bigoted proposals

Sweden, Norway, Iceland and The Netherlands

Elimination method used in court:
Certain people, often religious or in other ways political fanatics, are allowed to post their personal, bigoted law proposals even though such proposals could easily be revealed as moral based bigotry, simply by asking a few logical based questions, following the elimination method.

Since the mentioned countries claim to be democratic countries but still have introduced illogic and discriminating laws, the elimination method proves that it must be possible to exploit democracy in order to gain votes for non-logical bigotry, often by playing on people's consciousness.

Sentencing

The countries risk losing their membership in the United Nations for lacking the most elementary system to reveal moral based bigotry.

The Bigotry Court is now adjourned to reach a verdict for the people behind these laws and for the countries not having a system to reveal and stop moral based bigotry for its people.
